They use a very good photovoltaic system and I have not been disappointed by the performance that I monitor several times a day.The work crews are highly experienced, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions as they move through the process of the retrofit, the electrical install and the final install. Namaste was a top rated company and they promptly answered all the questions that I had about the installation process, how they would work with the local building department and the actual product that would be installed. I just want to know when my panels will be fixed. Fast forward 7 weeks since that conversation вЂ“ not a peep or return phone call even though I have called every week and tried to escalate the problem. Ok, not a great answer but understandable. However, half of my panels quit working in June and it took a couple of weeks to вЂ¦ connect with service department who told me there was a service backlog of 6-8 weeks due to COVID. I gave Namaste rave reviews for installing my rooftop solar panels a couple of years ago вЂ“ they did an awesome job.
